This guarantee applies to work performed directly by Goal Investment Inc. and parts or materials purchased and supplied by the Company for the project. 2. Scope of Coverage Labor Goal Investment Inc. guarantees that labor will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with standard industry practices. Any issue caused directly by improper installation, improper workmanship, or failure to complete the work according to the agreed scope will be reviewed and corrected if covered under this guarantee. Parts and Materials This guarantee applies only to parts, materials, fixtures, and products purchased and supplied by Goal Investment Inc. for the approved scope of work. If a Company-supplied part or material fails due to improper installation or workmanship within the one-year guarantee period, Goal Investment Inc. will review the issue and, if covered, correct the affected work at no additional labor cost to the client. Certain parts, fixtures, equipment, and materials may also be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer defects, product recalls, or failures caused by the product itself are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. When reasonably possible, Goal Investment Inc. will assist the client with the return, replacement, or warranty claim process for Company-supplied materials. Customer-provided parts, fixtures, materials, or products are not covered under Goal Investment Inc.’s parts guarantee. Structural Movement or Existing Conditions Damage caused by foundation movement, building settlement, shifting, hidden structural issues, moisture problems, mold, rot, pest damage, or pre-existing conditions is not covered. Acts of God or Weather-Related Damage Damage caused by storms, flooding, wind, fire, extreme temperatures, natural disasters, or other events outside the Company’s control is not covered. How to File a Claim To request service under this guarantee, the client must contact Goal Investment Inc. within ten days of discovering the issue. The client should provide: Name Service address Date of completed work Description of the issue Photos, if available Goal Investment Inc. will review the claim and may schedule an inspection. If the issue is determined to be covered under this guarantee, repair or replacement will be scheduled at a mutually reasonable time. 5. Limitation of Liability Goal Investment Inc.’s responsibility under this guarantee is limited to correcting covered workmanship issues or covered Company-supplied material defects related to the original scope of work. The total liability under this guarantee shall not exceed the original contract price paid for the specific service performed. Goal Investment Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost income, property damage beyond the original work area, or damages caused by conditions outside the Company’s control. 6.
